Health, Safety and the Environment

The Environment

We care passionately about our environment and any impact that our activities may have on both the local flora and fauna and the environment in its wider context. We are, after all, only custodians of the environment for future generations and we take this responsibility seriously. Our environmental policy actively encourages recycling the minimisationof waste and avoidance of pollution. We are working towards accreditation under the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) to demonstrate our commitment to this policy. A copy of our policy is available on request.

Health and Safety

Safety and the prevention of accidents is paramount to our business. All our operatives and managers are trained in health and safety management, site inductions are mandatory on all sites and safety procedures are regularly reviewed. We employ an independent safety consultant to monitor our performance and carry out regular audits of all our sites. A copy of our Health and Safety Policy is available upon request.

Customer Care

Care for the environment also extends to care for our customers and neighbours who may reside close to our operational activities. We are committed to the Considerate Constructor Scheme and are always mindful of any impact we may have on neighbours and strive to reduce or eliminate any possible nuisance.
